Barbecuing Tender, Juicy Ribs

Now let's talk about drinks. I love these really good drink they make with a cherry on top and a sword stuck into it. These drinks are really good, and made with real fruit. They come in pineapple, strawberry, and orange flavors. They are kind of expensive though. They cost about $3.99 but they are of a big size and taste great. Those are the high light a specialty of their drinks. They of course have soda, beer, and liquor at the Elephant Bar. One drink I recommend getting is a Black Widow, it's alcoholic and very strong.

Place ribs under broiler for 10-15 minutes and broil. Ribs should be nicely seared, but not blackened or charred. Add ribs, onion and marinade to the crock-pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

I even asked to make sure they don't close for the off season. The waitress said they will probably close January and February but they will be open in December.
